If in the event you are not totally satisfied with you order, we will be happy to offer you a refund of the value paid on any item(s), that is returned to us in a resalable condition within 28 days of receipt of your order. Please note we do not refund the cost of the posting or shipping charge for your initial order. In the rare event that your item has arrived faulty please contact our customer service team with your name and order number. We will endeavour to refund your item within 14 days of the date in which you post the item back to us.

Exchange Procedure
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange at this time; please do return the item to us and we will be happy to give you a refund (see terms and conditions above) so that you can place your new order at your convenience.

Sadly we cannot accept returns of web purchases in store at this time.

What to do next
Please re-package your returned item(s) securely and stick or write the (free) returns address on the package, this can be found on the back of your invoice or below. Please include your original invoice as proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team with your name and order number if your invoice is not available. We would ask that you complete the reason for return details below and include this document with your returned item(s). If you’re a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days from when you receive your order. This doesn’t apply to items that have been worn or used.
